At Nordic Grove we have tiered pricing. The more you use per week on average, the better the price is. Your first order will always be at the lowest price. We review your volumes used every three months, and adjust prices.

Result from Organoleptic analysis 2025 season:Fruitiness 5,8, Bitterness: 3,2, Pungency 3,5.*
Dominant Aromas: Fresh-cut grass, green apple, unripe almond, artichoke, tomato leaf.
Recommended use: Grilled meats, tomato salads, hearty Mediterranean dishes. Mild enough to use as a dressing on a salad, as a dip or as a blending base.

Cold-pressed from the Picual cultivar.

Dominant Aromas: Tomato vine, fig leaf, green grass, artichoke, herbal.
Recommended use: Frying, meats, tomato-based dishes. Use as a dressing on a hearty salad, as a dip or as a blending base.
